The MSR175Pro has been specifically developed for transport applications involving high masses and short-duration, highly dynamic shock events. The integrated 3-axis acceleration sensor with selectable measuring ranges of ±10 g, ±20 g, and ±40 g reliably records both low-frequency transport loads and short-duration shock events. Selectable sampling rates from 4 Hz to 4000 Hz, combined with anti-aliasing, decimation, and high-pass filters, enable clean separation of relevant shock signal components from static acceleration influences. This allows transport-induced loads to be technically assessed correctly and misinterpretations caused by gravitational acceleration or vehicle motion to be avoided.

Tamper-proof event recording and reliable data

The event-based data storage with shock thresholds selectable in defined increments from 0.5 g and a separate auxiliary memory that can not be overwritten ensures that critical transport loads are recorded completely and tamper-proof. The recorded time histories and directional information allow precise reconstruction of the load situation and provide a reliable data basis for damage analysis, acceptance procedures, and the technical clarification of liability and insurance matters.

Software package included in delivery

The MSR175 software package supports all data loggers of the MSR175 product family, including the MSR175Pro, and is used for configuration, evaluation, and documentation of the recorded measurement data. It enables efficient processing of large data volumes and traceable analysis of transport-relevant events.

The RTR-574-S Wireless Temperature Humidity Light Data Logger includes two sensors that simultaneously measure and record illuminance / UV intensity and temperature/humidity. This high-accuracy data logger allows for the measuring and recording of the above items in various places such as facilities where people gather, where important documents and fine arts are being stored or displayed, and where food and drink are being stored. Also, cumulative illuminance and the cumulative amount of UV light can be easily viewed even without stopping the recording.

Simple, Direct USB Connection

It is possible to connect an RTR-574-S Wireless Temperature Humidity Light Data Logger directly to your computer with a USB cable. Data can be quickly and easily downloaded to your PC. If the computer has more than one USB port, it is possible to connect multiple RTR-574 Units to one computer at the same time.
Note: * This is not possible if your operating system is Windows XP.

Logging Capacity: 8,000 data sets

Up to 8,000 data sets can be stored in one logger. One data set consists of readings for all channels in that type of unit: Illuminance, UV intensity, Temperature, and Humidity.

Recording Mode (Endless / One Time)

Select the Recording Mode from Endless or One Time. When using Endless Mode, upon reaching the logging capacity the oldest data is overwritten and recording continues. When using One Time, upon reaching logging capacity recording automatically stops. When using RTR-500BW, RTR-500BC, or RTR-500BM as a Base Unit, only “Endless” can be selected.

Illuminance Measurable in a Wide Range

The Illuminance measurement range is from 0 to 130,000 lx; which means it is possible to measure in both dim moonlight and the bright summer sun. With recording and display possible at a resolution down to 0.01 lx, measurements can be taken in conditions of even less light.

Button Operation Possible

The buttons on the face of the RTR-574-S Wireless Temperature Humidity Light Data Logger make it possible to change the LCD display pattern, start and stop recording, make or change recording interval settings, and turn power ON or OFF. To prevent unexpected errors in button operation, you can use the software supplied with the Base Unit to lock the button operation.

Up to Four Months of Operation on One Battery

Power is provided by one AA alkaline battery. If one RTR-574-S at full logging capacity is downloaded once a day via wireless communication, the estimated battery life is about four months.
Note: * Battery life varies depending upon the type of battery, the measuring environment, the frequency of communication, and the ambient temperature in which it is used. All estimates are based on operations carried out with a new battery and are in no way a guarantee of actual battery life.

Possible to Adjust Measurements

An Adjustment Function has been included to aid in the adjustment of measurements. This Function can be set up with the “Adjustment Tools” application in the software supplied with the Base Unit.

The PV-3 solar data logger is used by installers, householders, renewable energy companies to check PV (photo voltaic) installations. It can record solar irradiation up to 1,500W/m2 (watts per square metre), DC Voltage and DC Current produced by the panel, allowing you to assess the performance of a solar energy installation.

Why is the Electrocorder solar data logger better than other similarly priced competitors? The Electrocorder range use a constant sampling technique, unlike the single reading of competitors. When the loggers start to record, they sample every channel 16 times per cycle, a cycle is 16ms at 60Hz and 20ms at 50Hz. At the end of each averaging period, 3 quantities are saved for each channel, the TRMS average, the Max, which is the highest cycle value during the period and the Min, lowest cycle value. This means that it will record all the peaks and troughs which are one cycle or longer.

When recording the Electrocorder will store the average voltage (and current if applied) over the period chosen (1 sec to 60 min), it will also record the highest (max) & lowest (min) cycle values during that period.

The voltage levels are stored with dates and times. With the back-up battery, the Electrocorder can continue to record for 4 weeks. An external 12Vdc PSU input is available, to allow for prolonged logging without batteries. Memory capacity of 32,000 TRMS voltage values per channel (10 bit).
