PR1000Ex Intrinsically Safe Pressure and Temperature Data Logger

The PR1000Ex is an intrinsically safe pressure and temperature data logger used to accurately monitor and record at user programmable reading intervals. It carries hazardous location, intrinsically safe certification in accordance with the latest issue of IECEx 60079-0, IECEx 60079-11 and Directive 2014/34/EU (known as ATEX). The rugged stainless steel design allows for the device to be placed in harsh environments, which makes it well suited for use with air conditioning systems, chilled water, hot water, air, gas, oil and steam pressure systems.

The PR1000Ex can also monitor and record transient pressure through software configuration of user defined trigger thresholds and time periods. The logger can be configured to record measurements at rates as fast as 128Hz or as slow as once every 24 hours. The non-volatile memory has a capacity of over 2 million readings.

The PR1000Ex uses a stainless steel pressure strain gauge to accurately measure the pressure. The 1/4 inch NPT pressure port featured on the device allows for compatibility with a variety of fittings and adapters. The internal temperature sensor provides ambient temperature measurements. The PR1000Ex is also fully submersible. There are many different pressure ranges available to fit most any application.

TandD RTR-501B Temperature Data Logger

The RTR-501B with its compact rugged design and internal temperature sensor can be used in environments of -40℃ to +80℃ and has an IP67 waterproof rating (immersion proof). The slower response to temperature changes makes it perfect for temperature monitoring of products stored in the refrigerator.

The brand new RTR-500B series allows you to mix and match an array of wireless radio communication loggers with various Base Units or Data Collectors to meet your needs. Logged data can be automatically sent via network or mobile communication to be saved in cloud storage or to a specified location.

RTR-501B data loggers have a wireless radio communication range with compatible base units of up to 150m (500ft).

Data can be transmitted from a logger to a base unit and then automatically uploaded to cloud storage or saved to a specified location. Data can also be checked on your PC screen or on-site with one of our compatible data collectors.

Its strong and compact design makes it perfect for temperature management during transportation of not only food items, but also, pharmaceuticals and precision equipment.

Looking for the RTR-501? The RTR-500 Series has been effectively discontinued, however, existing RTR-500 Series hardware will work with the new RTR-500B Series.

DT80W Universal Input Data Logger with Integrated WiFi

Versatile Measurement

The DT80W WiFi Universal Input Data Logger allows you to connect an array of sensors through versatile analog and digital channels, high-speed counter inputs, phase encoder inputs, and programmable serial sensor channels.

Temperature, voltage, current, 4-20mA loops, resistance, bridges, strain gauges, frequency, digital, serial, and calculated measurements can all be scaled, logged, and returned in engineering units or within statistical reporting.

Set up sampling, logging, alarm, and control tasks to suit your requirements while interfaces for smart sensors, GPS, and other intelligent devices expand the dataTaker DT80W flexibility.

Local Wireless Access

With wireless access, no need to have a physical connection to the logger. Send the program, view and download the data, or even modify your settings on a nearby PC or Tablet wirelessly either as a Master (Access Point mode) or Slave (Client).

Automatic Data Delivery

On Client mode, dataTaker can have access to a local router and if the router has internet access it can utilize the DT80W’s automatic data delivery features to schedule your data to be automatically emailed to your inbox every day, week, month, or other time interval.

More sophisticated systems can make use of the automatic data delivery features to send logged data to an FTP server.
