<p>ADwin systems are used by engineers and scientists for data acquisition, automation and Real-Time control applications. ADwin always provides a very accurate, precise and deterministic timing, with a high<br />

<p>ADwin-Gold-III is the newest member of the ADwin Real-Time systems family. It is compact and is designed for OEM applications to be used inside machines and devices. Like all ADwin systems it executes a fast, robust and flexible Real-Time code. It provides a powerful performance in a robust metal enclosure at a reasonable price.</p>
<p>ADwin-Gold III offers an extensive range of digital and analog interfaces. It can therefore be used in many areas. The XILINX ZYNQ with 1 GHz clock rate ensures top values in computing power and system response time.</p>
<p>Options provide additional functions as counters, encoder interfaces, serial, CAN bus and SSI interfaces. The system can be used in laboratories, on a DIN-rail in industrial machines, or in mobile and in-vehicle applications.</p>
<p>In conjunction with a notebook and a power supply of 10–35 V, it is not only easy to use for measurements in motor vehicles, but also in industrial environments.</p>
<p>ADwin-Gold III allows immediate and synchronous acquisition and output at the inputs and outputs, even for several Gold III devices in parallel.</p>

<p>You want highly synchronized actions? Here you are: Send a Sync signal to the differential Sync inputs of one, two or more Gold III devices and see them all react simultaneously. You can even define a master device which triggers all devices in a specific time pattern.</p>
<p>You also benefit from the multiplied ADwin performance, which scales up with each additional devices.</p>
<p>With a simple software instruction, you define the actions of each device which are triggered at the same time: read an analog input, copy counter values, output digital signal patterns and some more.</p>

It is a real-time data acquisition and control system that offers high performance and numerous interfaces in a compact, robust metal housing, suitable for installation in a control cabinet or as a portable device. Like all ADwin systems, it executes a fast, robust, and flexible Real-Time code.</p>

<p>The Delphin ProfiMessage D Data Acquisition System is the next generation, Industry 4.0 modular data acquisition, monitoring, and control system. A master/slave design makes ProfiMessage D suitable for both small and large applications that require the processing of up to hundreds of channels. The ProfiMessage D incorporates a new OPC UA software interface which allows open data exchange to facilitate integration with other equipment and systems. It also features several other enhancements over the previous generation of ProfiMessage systems:</p>

A network interface enables ProfiMessage devices to be integrated into a TCP network or to be directly connected to a PC workstation or laptop computer. Optional modules provide additional capabilities such as connecting to SQL databases, vibration analysis, or FDA CFR21 Part 11 compliance. The new ProfiSignal Web is a client/server application that allows platform-independent access to (remote) measurement projects from any standard web browser.</p>

<p>These cases feature an integrated 3-phase power measuring unit for measuring the electrical power from motors, pumps, drives etc. Energy data from PLC or control systems can also be acquired via field bus interfaces such as PROFIBUS or ModBus. The energy measurement case is configured via LAN and can then function independently thanks to its integrated data memory capable of storing several million measurement values. The case can also be equipped with a UMTS modem to enable wireless operation for remote monitoring applications. Cases are now available.</p>

<p>The ADwin-PRO-II Modular Real-Time Data Acquisition System is the successor of ADwin- Pro product family. The new T12 processor provides much faster operation and transmits data 10 times faster with the new Pro II bus. The PRO-II backplane support both the new Pro II I/O modules and the older Pro I modules.</p>
<ul>
<li>Pro-II systems offer the new T12 processor module which uses the Dual-Core ARM Cortex-A9. With 1 GHz clock speed and 1 GB of internal memory for program and data, the PRO-II’s processing power over 4x previous models. In addition, the processor’s 64-bit internal calculation enables double precision floating-point calculations.</li>
<li>The T12’s accelerated Ethernet interface enables high-speed data transmission to the PC at more than 1 Gb/s.</li>
<li>The bus bandwidth of up to 200 MByte/s significantly increases the capacity of the internal traffic between the processor module and the new Pro-II output modules.</li>

<p class="bodytext">The Expert devices have full potential isolation in the form of analog differential inputs that users configure according to requirements: for mA/mV and V signals as well as for RTD or thermocouples. These universal options enable simple operation of the device.</p>
<p class="bodytext"> Integrated signal conditioning enables any type of sensor to be connected to the plug-in screw terminals. Scaled measurement data is then available to users. Recalculation from mA signal to bar, % etc. is unnecessary.</p>
<p class="bodytext"> The analog outputs can be easily switched between current and voltage output.</p>
<p class="bodytext"> Digital inputs (status inputs with counters of up to 1MHz) and digital outputs (switch outputs, PWM-outputs) with switch capacities of up to 30W are included within the compact device and can be utilized at no extra cost or effort.</p>
<p class="bodytext"> Each channel is easily configured at sampling rates of 100 KHz using the DataService / Configurator software included in delivery. To display your data on the screen, just select the required sensor, measurement range and scaling.</p>

The analogs, with 18-bit AD converters, as well as the digitals, are galvanically isolated from the central unit (a modern FPGA) and from the PC interfaces (Ethernet/USB). Earth loops or non-isolated signals therefore present no problems and additional transformers are usually unnecessary.</p>
