<p>The Delphin ProfiMessage D Data Acquisition System is the next generation, Industry 4.0 modular data acquisition, monitoring, and control system. A master/slave design makes ProfiMessage D suitable for both small and large applications that require the processing of up to hundreds of channels. The ProfiMessage D incorporates a new OPC UA software interface which allows open data exchange to facilitate integration with other equipment and systems. It also features several other enhancements over the previous generation of ProfiMessage systems:</p>

<p>The ProfiMessage D has a modular master/slave design. Both the master and slave devices can accommodate two I/O modules. A single master can control up to 20 slaves allowing up to 660 I/O channels in a single system. There is a range of analog and digital I/O modules which allow the system to meet the requirements of all types of industrial DAQ applications. A network interface enables ProfiMessage devices to be integrated into a TCP network or to be directly connected to a PC workstation or laptop computer. Online measurement data can be transmitted, saved, and processed. The data can be stored simultaneously within the ProfiMessage D device itself.</p>

<p>ProfiMessage D&#8217;s universal inputs enable the connection of signals of any type including non-isolated signals. This means costly measurement transducers are usually not necessary. Potential isolation between channels as well as differential inputs saves both time and money.</p>
<p>Universal inputs enable any unit of measurement to be acquired (e.g. temperature, pressure flow, vibration, etc.). Data then undergoes direct scaling and linearization. Conversions from mA to bar or ml/min take place directly within the ProfiMessage D data acquisition system. High measurement precision is achieved through the use of 24-bit resolution Sigma-Delta converters and enables the connection of the smallest of signals (e.g. thermocouples).</p>

This controller also provides many functions such as limits/alarms, calculations, logic, and other functions through software channels. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Loggito LAN Data Logger by Delphin proves that good things do indeed come in small packages! The Loggito is excellent for distributed monitoring systems, data acquisition with a low number of channels, and other low-power applications in a wide variety of industries. The Loggito can be used as a central data processing/data storage unit or it can be equipped with a card to provide 4 or 8 universal analog inputs for mV, mA, thermocouples, or RTD&#8217;s (-R model cards). Additional digital I/O cards are also available to provide up to 8 digital inputs/outputs.</p>
<p>The Loggito LAN Logger module can be used connected to a PC or equipped with internal data storage to create a stand-alone system for data acquisition or data logging. <p>The Delphin ProfiMessage Data Acquisition System is a modular device for data acquisition and automation. A master/slave design makes ProfiMessage suitable for both small and large applications that require the processing of thousands of channels. Master and slave devices can each accommodate two I/O modules. There is a range of I/O modules for users to select an appropriate module(s) for their application. I/O modules are available for any number of channels and sensor types. A network interface enables ProfiMessage devices to be integrated into a TCP network or to be directly connected to a PC workstation or laptop computer. Online measurement data can be transmitted, saved and processed. The data can be stored simultaneously within the ProfiMessage device itself.</p>
<p>ProfiLab is identical in construction and functionality to ProfiMessage – only their housings differ. ProfiMessage devices are designed for rail-mounted installations, and ProfiLab, with its 4 mm plugs, for laboratory applications.</p>

<h3>Universal Connectivity</h3>
<p>ProfiMessage&#8217;s universal inputs enable the connection of signals of any type including non-isolated signals. This means costly measurement transducers are usually not necessary. Potential isolation between channels as well as differential inputs saves both time and money.</p>
<p>Universal inputs enable any unit of measurement to be acquired (e.g. temperature, pressure flow, vibration etc.). Data then undergoes direct scaling and linearization. Conversions from mA to bar or ml/min take place directly within the ProfiMessage data acquisition system. High measurement precision is achieved through the use of 24-bit resolution Sigma-Delta converters and enables the connection of the smallest of signals (e.g. thermocouples).</p>

<p>The configuration of the Message devices takes place with the PC user-friendly DataService / Configurator software. Configuration data is processed online and permanently within the devices. Configuration data may be amended and adjusted during measurement runs.</p>

<p>These cases feature an integrated 3-phase power measuring unit for measuring the electrical power from motors, pumps, drives etc. Energy data from PLC or control systems can also be acquired via field bus interfaces such as PROFIBUS or ModBus. The energy measurement case is configured via LAN and can then function independently thanks to its integrated data memory capable of storing several million measurement values. The case can also be equipped with a UMTS modem to enable wireless operation for remote monitoring applications. Cases are now available.</p>

<p>The ADwin-PRO-II Modular Real-Time Data Acquisition System is the successor of ADwin- Pro product family. The new T12 processor provides much faster operation and transmits data 10 times faster with the new Pro II bus. The PRO-II backplane support both the new Pro II I/O modules and the older Pro I modules.</p>
<ul>
<li>Pro-II systems offer the new T12 processor module which uses the Dual-Core ARM Cortex-A9. With 1 GHz clock speed and 1 GB of internal memory for program and data, the PRO-II’s processing power over 4x previous models. In addition, the processor’s 64-bit internal calculation enables double precision floating-point calculations.</li>
<li>The T12’s accelerated Ethernet interface enables high-speed data transmission to the PC at more than 1 Gb/s.</li>
<li>The bus bandwidth of up to 200 MByte/s significantly increases the capacity of the internal traffic between the processor module and the new Pro-II output modules.</li>

<h3>The ADwin-PRO-II Modular Real-Time Data Acquisition System is Compatible</h3>
<p>For all its superior performance the ADwin Pro-II remains compatible. On the backplane, both the new Pro-II and the present Pro-I bus work side by side so that all the existing input and output modules can be used.</p>
<p>The data exchange with the PC is fully compatible to work with all the interfaces (for VB, Matlab, etc.) as usual. Valuable ADbasic source code can be reused after just a few changes to the tried and tested algorithms which also benefit from the PRO-II’s higher processor speed.</p>
<h3>Real-Time for Complex Applications</h3>
<p>The new Pro-II system’s extraordinary speed enables applications demanding a high data rate. In addition, the fast T12 processor allows an intelligent pre-selection of relevant data, mathematical functions or digital channel filtering.</p>
<p>All new Pro-II modules run on the Pro II bus automatically sync. This allows fully-synchronized time measurements from multiple modules without any special software effort.</p>
