The HiTemp140-TC is a versatile high temperature data logger featuring an SMP thermocouple connector. Compatible with a wide variety of thermocouple probes, this data logger is capable of measuring temperature as high as +1820 °C and as low as -270 °C  (probe dependent).

All of MadgeTech’s HiTemp140 data loggers are made of food grade stainless steel and can be placed in environments with temperatures as high as 140°C. The operating range of the data logger body can be extended to higher temperatures when used with MadgeTech’s thermal barrier options and suitable probe.

Using the MadgeTech 4 Software, starting, stopping and downloading the HiTemp140-TC is simple and easy. To use, simply place the HiTemp140-TC in the IFC400 or IFC406 docking station (sold separately). Using the software, an immediate or delay start can be chosen, as well as the reading rate. Start the data logger, remove it from the docking station and the device is ready to be deployed. Graphical, tabular and summary data is provided for analysis and data can be viewed in °C, °F, K, °R, or mV. The data can also be automatically exported to Excel® for further calculations.

The HiTemp140-FP is a durable, user friendly high temperature data logger featuring a long, flexible RTD probe with a narrow diameter, making it ideal for use in steam sterilization and lyophilization processes. Commonly used for mapping, validation and monitoring of high temperature surfaces and environments, this stainless steel data logger is available in several models. The flexible probe is coated with PFA insulation and can withstand temperatures up to 260°C. The body of the logger cannot exceed 140°C. The TR75A2 is a temperature logger with two thermocouples (K, J, T, E, S, R) sensor connections. It is capable of measuring temperatures ranging from -199 to 1760°C and can be used in very high temperatures such as in a plant furnace or in deep freezers where temperatures reach very low levels.

Functional buttons on the device allow you to make settings and start/stop recording. Use the wireless LAN feature (compatible with enterprise communication) to auto-upload data to the cloud for anytime anywhere access and receive warning notifications. By using Bluetooth or USB, you can configure device settings, generate reports, download data, and view the uploaded data. You can download the recorded data and change the device settings on a PC via USB Connection. A USB cable is required to connect the device to a PC and can be purchased as an add-on accessory.

The software application used with the TR75A2 has a “Vaccine Mode”, which meets or exceeds CDC requirements for VFC, and is suitable for monitoring and recording vaccine temperatures. TR75A2 is useful not only in pharmaceutical and medical research labs, and hospitals but also in factories and other facilities.

TR75A2 Operational Differences by Measurement Mode

The TR75A2 uses a wireless LAN access point to auto-upload recorded data and warning notifications to TandD’s free-of-charge cloud-based “T&D WebStorage Service”. You can download data and configure device settings using TandD’s dedicated app “TR7 for Windows (for Windows)” or “T&D Thermo (for smartphone/tablet)“. Mode 1 – Standalone Temperature Data Logging

Say goodbye to the need for a PC! Store your thermocouple data directly within the device using the internal 8GB eMMC storage, recording many months of data. This standalone data logging mode ensures user-friendliness and efficiency, enabling extended logging periods without requiring human interaction.

Mode 2 – Temperature Data to CAN

Connect and transfer your thermocouple data onto the CAN bus using Influx Technology’s Rebel or ReXgen series, or another CAN bus logger. Use a Rebel series, ReXgen series, or an existing CAN bus data logger, to integrate the K-TC devices. Extend your capabilities by connecting the CAN bus output to a ReXgen Air and remotely collect your thermocouple data on an AWS S3 server.

Mode 3 – USB to PC

Witness your thermocouple data come to life on your PC screen. Use the integrated oscilloscope feature of K-CAL to visualize and interpret your measurements in real-time. This mode provides a dynamic and user-friendly way to capture, view, and export your data to third-party formats for in-depth analysis.
