Novus DigiRail IoT Ethernet Industrial IoT Gateway
DigiRail IoT Ethernet is an I/O module developed to meet the market demand for IoT-connected instruments, acting as a smart gateway to connect sensors and actuators to the Internet of Things. This device has versions with Wi-Fi or Ethernet connectivity, to play a fundamental role as an IoT Gateway, communicating with other systems through protocols such as MQTT and Modbus-TCP. This versatility is the biggest differential of DigiRail IoT, allowing it to be easily integrated with local or cloud systems. The Wi-Fi version has a range of up to 100 meters, while the Ethernet version offers transmission speeds of up to 100 Mbps.
DigiRail IoT provides an RS485 connection for operation as a gateway, Modbus master or slave, with the ability to monitor and publish up to 8 variables from other devices. Its message management system also guarantees data traffic security. It is configured using the NXperience software and is connected to the main market clouds, such as Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, NOVUS Cloud or any other compatible IoT cloud platform. It also offers support, via the NXperience Trust software, for validatable systems according to FDA 21 CFR part 11 and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
The DigiRail IoT is also available with Wi-Fi connectivity.

NOVUS Cloud is an IoT platform solution for monitoring devices for process data online visualization. Ready-to-use with NOVUS smart IoT devices, it is the perfect choice for customers with low IT infrastructure or with requirements of unified data from multiple devices at multiple locations.
NOVUS Cloud can receive information of any kind from the IoT devices, store them in the cloud database and present the data in nice and elegant dashboards.
Operation or management staff can get online awareness about the process deviations through E-mail or SMS notifications, besides the online dashboard alarms. Hosted on cloud server, NOVUS Cloud is accessible worldwide on the internet from any computer or mobile device.
NXperience Mobile App
Accessing records from your data logging can be easier and more intuitive than you might think. With the NXperience Mobile application, the information registered in your LogBox WiFi or BLE will be in the palm of your hand, on your smartphone. With a user-friendly interface, it’s possible to collect data and configure devices up to 30 ft away without the need for cables or the use of a computer, all through your Android or iOS device.
The information provided by NXperience Mobile can be exported directly from your mobile phone to the Cloud or to any computer, allowing the generation of reports and graphs that facilitate analysis of the data. Collect data, configure devices, manipulate and manage information anytime, anywhere.

Configuration, Data Collection and Analysis Software
NXperience Trust is a validation software designed to meet good automated manufacturing practices in Pharmaceutical and Food & Beverage processes by keeping track of configuration and data collection from data acquisition systems. These applications require a reliable, user friendly and intuitive software to guarantee data analysis and visualization, user authentication, and security features.
The NXperience Trust centralizes and manages the process data and handles information from all devices in the network offering the possibility to work with more than one workstation.
The NXperience Trust complies with GAMP (Good Automated Manufacturing Practices) and meets FDA 21 CFR Part 11 technical requirements for computer systems validation. Electronic records are encrypted, user access requires a strong password authentication, application event log for traceability and audit trail.

NXperience is a configuration, data collection and analysis software for NOVUS wireless transmitters and data loggers. This program allows you to explore all the features and details of the devices, and communicates through USB interface, TCP-IP and NOVUS Cloud.
The NXperience is a comprehensive tool that enables graphical analysis of multiple data, alarm processing, positioning map visualization, performing mathematical calculations and reporting, and exporting data to multiple formats. It also provides device-specific diagnostics and commissioning, making testing and troubleshooting easier.
Also, through NXperience you can create, manage an account and storage your data in NOVUS Cloud.
