The ThermoVaultX Includes:

The ThermoVaultX Series is a thermally insulated, battery powered, oven temperature data logger able to withstand extreme temperatures. The ThermoVaultX represents an advanced temperature data logging system designed for oven profiling, featuring thermal insulation and relying on thermocouples. This robust device exhibits remarkable resilience, capable of enduring oven temperatures reaching 350°C (662°F) for a duration of up to 30 minutes when properly sealed. Its construction incorporates a stainless steel enclosure along with external thermocouple probes, ensuring accurate and precise temperature measurements with rapid response times. It is the ideal temperature recording device for applications such as powder coating cure ovens, wet coating cure ovens, batch ovens and conveyor ovens.

Moreover, the ThermoVaultX seamlessly integrates with the latest MadgeTech 4 Software, simplifying tasks such as initiating, halting, and retrieving data. The software furnishes a user-friendly interface that offers graphical, tabular, and summary data for in-depth analysis, and allows for the customization of units for viewing engineering data. MadgeTech 4 software easily downloads the data to a computer, where the readings may be displayed in degrees Celsius, degrees Fahrenheit, Kelvin or Rankine. The software allows the user to view all data points or a range of data points and a summary of the data being viewed for calculations such as Mean Kinetic Temperature (MKT). If additional analysis of the data needs to be performed, the data can be easily exported to Excel® by simply clicking a button.
