The submersible hydrostatic level transmitter WL420 has been designed for continuous liquid level monitoring in water wells, reservoirs, tanks, boreholes, rivers and other liquids.

The submersible unit measures the static pressure of the liquid column above the transmitter and transmits a current signal proportional to the water column to the instrumentation above.

The highly stable 316L stainless steel diaphragm sensor is fully compatible to raw or chlorinated water and most semi-aggressive liquids.

Supplied with a special vented cable to compensate the atmospheric pressure changes, it accurately transmits the measured liquid level. The application-dependent cable length can be defined at the time of purchase to the desired extent and can also be customer adapted at the application site.

Several measurement ranges are available for a wide range of applications, allowing their use with local or remote panel meters, data loggers, or PLCs.

The Novus RHT-XS transmitters have highly accurate and stable sensors for measuring relative humidity and temperature. The measured values are converted into 4 to 20 mA output signals that are linearly related to their readings. Since they are microprocessor-based devices, they can be configured using the TxConfig-USB communication interface and the SigNow app or software, which is available for Android and Windows. It has a robust housing, withstanding pressures up to 8 bar, and excellent resistance to flammable materials such as diesel, gasoline, or alcohol.

With a measurement capacity of up to 4 meters and 1 Hz sampling, TL400-I is an excellent alternative to level sensors based on ultrasonic, capacitive, or floating technology since it does not need to be in contact with the surface to be measured.

The transmitter has a dedicated filter for non-static tank applications based on machine-learning algorithms that have been validated in real-life situations and have configurable parameters for specific applications.

The sensor allows you to configure the opening angle, ranging from 12° degrees for irregular tank or reservoir applications to 27° degrees for tanks where the base diameter is half the height to be measured.

TL400-I has a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) interface.

With it, you can:

• Configure the analog output (4-20 mA), according to the specific application
• Configure the opening angle of the sensor (from 12° to 27° opening degrees)
• Customize the tank with up to 20 points in level percentage
• Perform sensor diagnostics in real time
• Configure the dynamic filter based on the application
• Update the firmware to the most current version, which will always be available on the NOVUS website

These functions can be adjusted through the SigNow app, available for Android and iOS.

The sensor can retransmit the analog output in Level, Volume, or Distance. Level and distance are set in your preferred unit (mm, cm, m, inches, or feet) and volume is always displayed in percent.

NP785 can operate bi-directionally, providing the ability to measure differential pressure ranges from vacuum to positive pressure. It is housed in a DIN rail mountable ABS/ PC enclosure and its nickel-plated brass fittings accept pneumatic hoses with 4 or 6 mm internal diameter.
