Ultra-Precision Temperature and Humidity Sensor

The RN400-H2PS is equipped with an ultra-precise temperature and humidity sensor on the front. The sensor element is used by receiving a MEMS type sensor from a Swiss company. In addition, a membrane filter is installed to protect the temperature and humidity sensor. In addition, thermocouples and PT100 analog temperature sensors can be directly connected without a separate transmitter. It also has a dedicated calibration function to ensure precise temperature.

Equipped With High-Performance Memory F-RAM

All data measured by the RN400 is stored in F-RAM. F-RAM is a non-volatile memory whose contents are not erased even without power. It is 100 times faster than general flash memory and has very high write endurance. Measured data is stored in F-RAM, and the data is transmitted to the location desired by the user every transmission cycle. Even when Wi-Fi is disconnected, data is still saved, so monitor with confidence.

Massive Cloud Storage

Are you still using a paper recorder or a memory-type recorder? RN400 stores all data in memory and transmits the stored data to Radionode365. The cloud-based monitoring software ‘Radionode365’ not only provides massive storage capacity but also provides various functions with stored data. Strong, Secure Wi-Fi

RN400 was requested by multinational corporations for high-grade Wi-Fi functions from the time of planning. The RN400-H2PS is therefore implemented to support enterprise security. This is a function that is not commonly used in home wireless routers and is often used by businesses that require a high level of security. In order to use Wi-Fi in the Wi-Fi Enterprise security level, you can register not only the Wi-Fi password but also a separate ID/PASSWORD to the computer team and use it after receiving a usable certificate from the computer team.

IP65 Waterproof Rating

Industrial sites in various environments exist. We have launched the RN400 product with waterproof specifications by reflecting the requirements of various sites such as meat processing companies that clean with water or pharmaceutical/bio that disinfects chemicals. With an IP65 rating, the outer housing is finished with a gasket, and the input/output part of the sensor is treated with a cable gland. The RN400 H2, which measures temperature and humidity, is designed with a high-performance membrane filter to measure humidity but prevent water from entering.

Efficient Power Design

Since the RN400 uses a battery for Wi-Fi communication, the battery consumption must be well designed. It does not consume the battery when it is not in the measurement cycle and uses the battery only for measurement/transmission. DC power supply is also available. At this time, the BUILT-IN UPS function is implemented in a circuit so that the built-in battery can act as an auxiliary power immediately in the event of a power outage. Even if there is a power outage, the data collection function is performed normally.
